Clerk
The Clerk is the archivist for the Township. The Clerk maintains records for the Township as well as the Road District. The Clerk is also a non-voting member of the Board of Trustees and is empowered to keep minutes of all Board meetings and any hearings duly called by state statute and to publish or post notification of such meetings or hearings. They work closely with the County Clerk for voter registration and polling places within the Township. The Township Clerk is also responsible for putting together various bid packages, publishing proper notices, and holding the bid openings.

All meetings are open to the public.

These meetings will occur at 7:00 PM at the New Lenox Township Office Building, 1100 South Cedar Road, New Lenox, Illinois.

The Annual Meeting of the Town Electors for this Township shall take place at 6:30 p.m.on the 12th day of April 2022, at the New Lenox Township Office Building, 1100 S. Cedar Road, New Lenox, Will County, Illinois.

Notice of any special meetings of the Board of Trustees or the Electors shall be given as required by statute.
